We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. All quotes are fixed prices based on your property size and service requirements.
How Payment Works
How Payment Works
1. Contact us and receive your detailed quote within 24 hours.
2. We'll invoice a fee of 50% as a deposit to secure your inspection date.
3. Your detailed report is delivered within 3-5 working days of the inspection. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel:
- 7+ days notice: Full deposit refund
- Less than 7 days notice: Deposit retained (covers diary blocking and preparation)
- Reschedule: One free reschedule permitted, additional changes subject to availability
