I'm Kieran, a RICS Student Member with 4.5 years of experience in building surveying. I founded Vertex Building Surveys to provide professional, detailed inspection services for homebuyers and property professionals across London and the South East.
My background includes working on major construction projects and conducting hundreds of property inspections. Common developers I have experience working with include Bellway, Taylor Wimpey, and Countryside.
I understand what to look for, where developers cut corners to save cost, how to identify issues, and how to communicate findings clearly to clients.
I'm currently completing my APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and will achieve full RICS Chartered status in December 2026.
