Booking
Once you accept the quote, we'll send an invoice for 50% deposit. This secures your inspection date. The deposit is refundable if you cancel with 7+ days notice of the inspection.

Report Delivery
You'll receive your detailed PDF report within 3-5 working days of inspection. The remaining 50% balance is due on delivery.
