A detailed examination of a newly built property to identify defects, poor workmanship, and incomplete items, ideally before you complete. Our report gives you documented evidence to ensure the developer fixes every issue.
93.7% of new-build buyers report snags or defects to their builder after moving in, and around a third report more than 15 separate issues (HomeOwners Alliance / New Build Inspections, 2026). An independent inspection is the only way to know what you're actually getting, and it typically costs a fraction of what unfixed defects would cost you later.
