New-Build Snagging Inspections

Aftercare
Re-Inspections
Re-Inspection Visit
Checking your original report, item by item

A return visit to the property to check the items on your original report in person, with an updated photographic report.
Book together and save £50
Add a re-inspection visit when you book your original snagging inspection and take £50 off the combined price. Example: 3-bedroom snagging inspection £400 + re-inspection visit £275 = £625 instead of £675.
Re-inspections cover the items listed on your original Vertex report. Any new defects found will be noted, but a full re-survey is charged separately. Valid for 12 months from the date of your original inspection. Same payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% on report delivery.
Fixed prices. No VAT to add — Vertex is not VAT registered.
